Applicability of agreements

Terms and Conditions By acknowledging that you have read these Agreements when registering to join and/or by clicking the ‘Submit’ or ‘I agree’ button when installing any of the Software relating to the Facilities offered via the Platforms or when registering for an account, you agree to comply with these Agreements, You acknowledge that your failure to comply with these Agreements may result in your disqualification, closure of your account (hereafter referred to in the section below), forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against you, as applicable and as specified in these Agreements.

You acknowledge that if you accept these Agreements, we will begin to provide you with the facility benefits immediately. As a result, if you accept these agreements when registering with our Best Arabic Casino, you will not subsequently be able to cancel your registration, although you can terminate your account.

Account registration

To use the Site, you will first need to register for an account with us. You may access any of our facilities from your account (as defined below).

You may also be asked to select a preferred currency for your Account from among the currencies available from time to time (“Account Currency”). Please note that once you have been selected, you will not be able to change your account currency more than once without our consent (which may be withheld or delayed at our sole discretion). If you want to change your account currency more than once, please contact us. Any changes to the account currency will be made in accordance with the terms and at the exchange rates we provide at the time of the transfer. Please see the FAQ for more details.

There are no setup fees to open your account. We are not a bank and the funds are not insured by any government agency.

All payments to and from your account must be paid in the currencies available in the facility from time to time and will not bear interest and you must ensure that all payments in your account are from a payment source for which you are the designated account holder. If you are making a deposit or withdrawal from your account in a currency other than your account currency, such deposit and/or withdrawal will be made at the exchange rates we offer at the time of deposit or withdrawal and may be subject to a small conversion fee.

To play games for real money from or to place a bet, you will be required to pay “real money” money to your account in any of the ways specified from time to time by us. Such funds will be credited to your account upon actual receipt of funds by us and/or our agents. Minimum and maximum payments may apply to your account, depending on your history with us, the method of deposit, and other factors as determined by us. You can request withdrawals from your account at any time provided that all payments have been received. We reserve the right to partially or fully pay any requested withdrawal via the same payment method and in the same currency in which the deposit was made.

To use certain facilities, you may first need to download and install the Software as provided by the relevant Platform.

We cannot guarantee the continued availability of any particular currency. In the unlikely event that it will become necessary for us to stop supporting a particular currency and your account currency becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to require you to convert your account currency to a preferred available alternative at the exchange rates we offer at the time of conversion.

Legality of using the facilities

Underage gambling is a crime. You may use the Facilities only if you are 18 years of age or older (or such a minimum upper legal age in your jurisdiction) and it is legal to do so in accordance with the laws in your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not accessing our facilities from any area where it is illegal to participate in online games at the time of placing a bet or participating in a game. You should assume that all uses of our website, emails, SMS messages and phone calls between you and us will be recorded. These recordings will be our property and can be used as evidence in the event of any dispute or to improve customer services

The terms and any other marks used by the Group are the trademarks, service marks and/or trade names of the Group, one of its affiliates, associated companies or its licensors. Furthermore, all other materials used by the Group, including but not limited to software, images, graphics, photographs, animation, video clips, music, audio, and text (and any intellectual property rights in any of them) are owned by the Group or one of the companies. its affiliates or associated group companies and/or their licensors and are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights.

You do not acquire any rights in the copyrighted materials, service marks, or trademarks and must not use them without written permission from Group

Rewards

We may from time to time offer you free amounts or bonuses to be deposited by us into your account (“Bonuses”). These bonuses may only be used in connection with such facilities as may be specified when the bonus is offered to you.

The acceptance of any Bonus shall be in accordance with the additional terms and conditions that we may make available to you in connection with each such Bonus offer and, if there is no such offer, it shall be in accordance with the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and the Bonus issuance restrictions contained in the relevant Offer. Offers can only be used once unless otherwise stated. You may not withdraw any additional amounts nor may you remove any cash obtained by way of a reward from your account without first complying with the applicable terms including, but not limited to, with respect to any qualifications or limitations.

With respect to the sports betting facility, in addition to any other applicable terms, you may withdraw any money obtained by way of a bonus from your account only when you bet an amount equal to five times the amount of the bonus and five times the amount of the deposit that resulted in the bonus amount with decimal odds of 1.7 or higher.

Limitations and exclusions

Your access to the Platforms, downloading any software relating to the Facilities from the Platforms and use of the Facilities or any information we may provide in connection with your use of the Facilities is at your choice and discretion.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for

any computer software errors related to the facilities we make available from the Platforms,

Errors or errors in missing data, or

Any other damage to your computer, mobile phone, mobile device or software

Further, we will not be liable for any attempts by you to use the facilities in ways, means or ways not intended by us. We are not required to provide alternate or backup networks and/or systems.

We will provide the facilities with reasonable skill and care and in substance as described in the Agreements. We make no other representations or warranties regarding the facilities.

Our utmost liability to you or any third party arising out of these agreements or your use of the facilities or computer software in connection with the facilities we make available from the Platforms, whether in breach of or in compliance with the Agreement or be limited in any twelve (12) month period to the amount, if any, paid by Your account of bets, winnings and/or fees, as applicable, in the same twelve (12) month period and in connection with the relevant facilities for which the liability in question arose.

The Group (including its officers, directors, agents and employees) will not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, profits, goodwill or reputation or business interruption or for any losses that cannot currently be foreseen by the Group arising from these agreements or your use of the Facilities.

Nothing in these agreements will be implemented to exclude any liability we may have in connection with any fraud, death or personal injury arising from our negligence.

If any part of the Agreements is held to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, that portion will be deemed severable from the remainder of the Agreements and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
